Feels a bit tighter fitting than some other base layers, but Id still recommend this for either cardio or weight lifting. Retains its shape well, doesnt ride up during exercise, and although it doesnt seem to absorb / transfer as much heat and sweat away from the skin as some other base layers, its still a very solid performer.
