Forgotten Your Password: Help Topics & FAQs

To be reminded of your password simply follows these easy steps:

1. Click the "My account" or "Sign in" links at the top of any page
2. At the Sign in page, enter the email address you used to register with Barrington Sports into the "Email Address" form field in the section titled "Forgotten Your Password".
3. Click the "Send Password" button.
4. This will trigger a request to us and we'll send your password to your registered email address.

Further information

Please note that this is the only way that we'll resend customers their passwords, because it's secure. To send out customer passwords via any other means, or via any other route wouldn't be secure and therefore is not something that we will do.

Spam/Junk Mail Filters

If having requested a password reminder you do not receive your reminder email within 30 minutes, please check that it has not been diverted by an over efficient mail system into your Spam or Junk Mail folder(s).

Having checked your Spam/Junk Mail folders and still not found your Password reminder email, please contact us.
