You will receive FREE delivery on all orders over £75.00* (including discounts). Depending on the weight and size or your order, and your delivery address, we will use one of the delivery options listed here to dispatch your order free of charge.

* Excludes Heavy Goods (i.e. over 10kg). Free delivery threshold stated is limited to UK Mainland delivery addresses. Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland address will receive free delivery with order values exceeding £200.00. British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses will receive a discounted rates on order values exceeding £100.00.

FREE RETURNS

Collect+ Service [For UK Mainland, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland Customers]

We are currently offering all customers in Mainland UK and Northern Ireland FREE returns via the Collect+ Returns Service. This allows you to drop off your returned item at a local shop without the additional hassle of arranging postage. Simply follow the instructions below:

1. Print and complete the Returns Form (downloaded via the button below)
2. Carefully and securely repackage your returning items and Returns Form (in line with our Returns Packaging Guidelines)
3. Visit our dedicated page on the Collect+ website, enter your order details, create and print a label and find your nearest drop off location.
4. Attach Collect+ label to parcel.
5. Drop Parcel at your nearest participating shop free of charge [see collect+ site to locate your nearest store].

Please note that processing returns via Collect+ can take 7-10 working days after you have dropped off your parcel.
