Checking the Status of Your Order

Barrington Sports can only guarantee changes made to orders before they enter the dispatch process (i.e. before they reach the "Dispatching Soon" status). To find out the status of your order and see whether it has already been shipped please see the Where Is My Order help section.

Making Changes to Unshipped Orders

If your order status is currently set to "Not Yet Dispatched" please use the instructions below. If your order status has been updated to "In Picking" please be aware that we may not be able to intercept your order and make changes before it is dispatched.

1. Sign in (if not already) using the account which placed the order you wish to cancel by clicking on the "Sign in" link at the top of any page, or click here.
2. Click on the "Contact us" link at the foot of any page, or click here.
3. In the Contact Form, please select the "Changing an Order" subject
4. Enter your Order Reference Number into the "Message/Question/Comment" area of the form, and then clearly state the aspects of your order you wish to change.
5. Click the "Send Message" button at the foot of the form

Please Note: we CANNOT action any Order Change requests where the following situations are encountered.

• You were not Signed in before sending the Change Request
• The Change Request was submitted by an account which was not used to place the original order

Making Changes to Shipped Orders

Once items in your order have been dispatched we are unable to make changes to your order.
