CATALYST: Lightweight design with hand crafted concave profile for Controlled Strokeplay. Now with GM Super Powerarc Blade, contoured edges. Fitted with unique GM Shock-Absorba Grip. As used by Adam Voges (Captain Australia A). Swell Depth: Medium; Swell Position: Middle; Bow: Pronounced; Edges: Medium/Contoured. Treated with DriGuard, a water repellent solution, applied to the toe of the bat to reduce the absorption of water, making the toe less susceptible to swelling and moisture damage. 808 5 Star: The best, unbleached naturally seasoned Grade 2 English willow. Minor blemishes with some colour on one edge. Fitted with top quality treble spring multi-piece cane handle for outstanding feel, flex and control. GM Now: Knocked in by the bat maker in-house. DriGuard applied to resist damp and minimise toe swelling. Raw linseed oil applied to reduce cracking and splitting by maintaining the moisture level of the blade. Clear anti-scuff cover applied to face and edges to increase blade durability. ToeTek: Specially shaped resilient shield fitted to toe of bat. Reduces toe damage and feathering that resulting from tapping at the crease.
