Where Is My Order

If you recently placed an order and you're wondering why you haven't received it yet, you should first check whether we've dispatched it to you:

  1. Click the "My Account" at the top of any page.
  2. Sign in if you aren't already.
  3. Click on "My Recent Orders"
  4. On the next page you should see details of the order you're expecting. The order should be listed as Not Yet Dispatched, Dispatching Soon, Recently Dispatched, Recently Part Dispatched, Part Dispatched or Dispatched.

Please Note: If you can't find the order in "My Account", it may be that you didn't place it. Click the "Basket" at the top of any page and see if the items you wanted to order are still there. If they are, click the "Checkout" button and place your order. If you can't find the order in My Account or in your shopping basket, please check whether you have ordered using a different account/email address. If you are still in need of assistance please use the contact form on the Contact Us page, and we will do all we can to help.

Ordering Items with Different Availabilities

When ordering items with different availabilities you can choose to wait until we have all the items in your order before dispatching any of them, for example, if you order one item marked as "In Stock" and another marked "Pre Order", we will dispatch both to you when the Pre Order item becomes available.

Alternatively, you can choose to have your order delivered as the items become available. In these circumstances you will be charged for each delivery.

What's the problem?

If you're thinking of returning an item, our Returns Section will guide you through our Returns Policy and provide you with a printable return label.

You sent me a damaged or defective item

  • Damaged items: if you take delivery of an Barrington Sports package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange. Please visit our Returns Section and print out a personalised return label for your item.
  • Defective items: you have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. If you choose to return the item to us, please visit our Returns Section.

Note: in the event of Barrington Sports sending you a replacement for a damaged or defective item, you must return the original item to Barrington Sports within 14 days. Barrington Sports reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement to the payment card used for the original order if the item is not returned within 14 days of the date on which Barrington Sports confirms we will issue a replacement.

I haven't received everything I ordered

Items you order from Barrington Sports may sometimes be sent in more than one delivery, even if you've requested that you receive them all together. For example, you may receive multiple deliveries if your order contains an oversized item that needs to be dispatched separately.

Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you'll only be charged the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order.

To find out if the missing items are on the way, check Your Account as follows.

  1. Click "My Account" link at the top of any page.
  2. Sign in if not already, then click "My Recent Orders" link.
  • If you can't see an open or recent order for the missing item(s), it's likely that you didn't order it in the first place.
  • If the item(s) is displayed as "Recently Dispatched" or "Dispatching Soon", it's on the way.
  • If it has been dispatched but the dispatch date is some time ago, it might be lost in the post. Check with neighbours and your local sorting office.

I ordered the wrong thing and want to return it

No problem. Go to our Returns Section and read Our Returns Policy to find out what to do.

You sent me the wrong Items

As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, go to the Returns Section and print out a return label for your item. Send the incorrect item back to us using the personalised return label and we'll make sure you are not charged for it. If you want us to replace the item we sent you with the item you ordered, choose the "Replacement" option in the Returns Section, and we'll send you the correct item as soon as we can.

Note: in the event of Barrington Sports sending you a replacement for an incorrect item, you must return the original item to Barrington Sports within 14 days. Barrington Sports reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement to the payment card used for the original order if the item is not returned within 14 days of the date on which Barrington Sports confirms we will issue a replacement.

And if you've grown quite attached to the item and want to keep it, just email us and we'll charge the cost of the item to the card you used to place the original order.

How to Deliver to a BFPO Address

BFPO addresses must be entered into the fields in our online order form in a specific format, as shown below, ensuring that the BFPO number is entered into the post / zip / bfpo code field:

Postcode: BFPO ### (eg: BFPO 123)

Country: United Kingdom

The BFPO website contains a list of goods which may not be shipped to BFPO addresses, click http://www.bfpo.mod.uk/mail_prohibitions.htm for more information.

Where applicable, Customers who specify delivery to BFPO locations outside of the EU will view (throughout the remaining checkout stages) and be charged, prices exclusive of VAT. All other BFPO locations, including ships and locations which cannot officially (operational restrictions) be resolved to a country outside of the UK will view and be charged prices inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Customs Import Duties

Customs Information

For delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the destination country when ordering goods from Barrington Sports.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Barrington Sports, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of the contents of your order by product type.

Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, delivery and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
