  Instructions on how to fit to your mouth are very clear and easy to follow. Once fitted, the gum shield is not too bulky, so it's still easy to breathe, and speak to your teammates with it in during training, or a game. It's a really good mouth guard and I'd definitely recommend it.   Struggled to fit this at first but once I molded it OK it fits fine. Its not as bulky as some gum shields and is therefore less restrictive on breathing and talking. A good product if you can fit it OK.martin, nuneatonWas this review helpful to you?yes no
